Level Four | Home Tour

Today we walk through level four of our house. When you come through our front door you can go either up or down a set of stairs. If you go up it takes you to level two, if you go down it takes you to level four.
Level four houses yet ANOTHER family room and our twin boy’s bedroom. When we bought the home the family room had a pool table. No one in our family plays pool so we decided to give it to one of my husband’s coworkers. Besides when you put twin 2 year olds (that was their ages at the time) and pool balls together… if unattended … they quickly become weapons!
Here is the fourth level family room. Keep in mind this is a kid’s room where they can be messy and yucky all they want … this is sort of a miss matched room filled with couches, T.V., piano and computer desk. This is the place for watching T.V., being loud and rough housing :0) “Sticky” is okay here!
It is a nice bright room and you don’t feel like you are down in the basement when you are in it.
Next we move to the boy’s room… Their beds are bunk beds that can be separated. In these pics they are separate but we recently have moved them to being bunk beds which helps with making the room look larger. I hate making bunk beds!! I prefer them separate myself. In our new house they will have their own bedrooms.
Behind their bedroom door is a large section of wall that has been painted with chalkboard paint…this is what I found there one day when I went in to collect laundry…it made my heart smile :0)

Your boy’s room is so cute and tidy. Ya know, I could go on vacation in your house and no one would find me, it just goes on and on. Really nice and spacious.

Thank you Linda! Our realtor says he should hand out a map with the showings :0) We love this house, it would be nice if we could move it to our future acreage :0)

Ha, Ha! Much of the time it does look like that…but… have a sleep over or a rainy day and … well…
I always try to keep our house so that if we get unexpected company it’s just a quick tidy. Having 7 people in our house, I find it’s easier to clean up as we go instead of letting it build as then it takes hours to do. I do let it slide once in a while too but then it’s harder to get back into the clean routine :0)
