1920’s Romance| A Pair of Chairs…

1920's chair 5Remember the 1920’s China Cabinet?

Well… it came with a VERY damaged table and 6 beautiful chairs.

Unfortunately, out of the six only two were in good shape.  The rest were missing parts of the backs or the bases of each chair. The parts of each chair that might be salvageable may be used to build one or two more only…  so sad as these are really very lovely in detail.

Before…

IMG_2303IMG_0107See the chair by the Christmas tree?  It looks amazing in the shadows but in reality it is tattered and upholstered in a 90’s forest green bed sheet… poorly done I might add…

I decided that the two that were in nice shape should be given a new look … a romantic shabby look…

These two beautiful chairs are currently in my booth at The Old Creamery …
