Making Broken Beautiful | No. 18

Yet another week gone!
Only seven days left before Christmas!!!!!!
Are YOU ready???
To be honest … I’m really not! I have a number of things left to do and time seems to be slipping away on me. I sure hope I can get my act together!
Let’s get right to this week’s favorites shall we?
I swear the best things in life are those things we work hardest for and this desk made over by A Junkchick Life is most certainly one of them! Talk about Broken Made Beautiful … or shall I say STUNNING!!! You really must see the mess this desk was in before! So pretty now and I can see why it would be a keeper … “for now”! ;0) (seriously … $40.00?????)
I fell in love with this tablescape that Cheryl Of Ruffles & Rifles created for the staff party at her husband’s company. Bless her for pouring her heart into this to show her appreciation for the work they do! She took the time to create a beautiful table to gather at and used her best dishes instead of disposable. I love that she showed them it was worth her time and effort! To trust you blue wedding goblets at a staff party???? Way to show the love :0) !
Vanessa from Vanessa’s Modern Vintage Home shared her pretty homemade throw pillows! The whole vignette caught my eye … the chair, the pillow … that little table ! Hmmmmm … Soothing isn’t it! Well done Vanessa! You should really go check out the whole post and see all the great photos of her work!
… and Vanessa … I do want to see that dining set you were mentioning! ;)
And lastly …. the Christmas craft that caught my eye this week was by Pillar Box Blue who upcycled thes feather shuttlecocks into beautiful angle wings!
Talk about serious creativity! Bless your heart for thinking of this! ( if you don’t know what a shuttlecock is check it out on the blog! )
I hope you all have a great weekend!

Let’s get to linking shall we?
