My Post Market Adrenaline Crash & Getting in the mood to decorate!

2

December 8, 2015 by Terry

So the Little Deer Market has come and gone and I’m wiped!

I had been so hyper for so long over it that now … I have crashed!

And YES … it was EVERYTHING I’d hoped and thought it would be!

I had so much fun meeting new people and reconnecting with some I hadn’t seen for sometime.  The day went by so fast and I barely got a chance to get around to see some of the other talented vendors.

Now that it’s time for me to unwind from it all I am realizing how exhausted I am, both physically and emotionally.  If I am going to do this again I really need to ‘get a grip’ on myself and not over do!  Having said that, I really didn’t give myself any room to heal and take it easy after my back surgery either  … which, I should not have to do again for another year or so :0)

So… because I am still very lazy and I haven’t downloaded my pictures yet OR started my home decorating… I will share a few pictures of last year’s tree.

While I really liked the simplicity of it, I think we will try for a different look this year.

This Christmas ball chandelier I had made will be finding a new spot this year as well…

Well… it’s time to get off my bottom and get doing something!  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Smiles!

  1. so glad for you that all went well. Last year’s décor will be pretty hard to top, but I’m sure you will exceed yourself. Hope you’ll be able to get rested up soon.
