Making Broken Beautiful | No. 17

December 10, 2015 by Terry

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week so far!  Hang in there, the weekend is almost here!

Last week there were so many great Christmas ideas and projects linked up it’s so hard to choose a favorite!  Thank you to everyone who joined in and shared a little Christmas inspiration!

Let’s get to it right away shall we?

D.D.’s Cottage and Design gave me some serious inspiration!

Her home is so beautifully decorated for the holidays, you really need to check it out!

( I love that headboard too!)

Mary Beth’s Place shared this stunning French Provincial desk.  I’m in love with this piece from the inside out!

…and that chair! ….  perfect for this piece.  Her photos and styling are so pretty, you really need to visit her site to see the inside of this piece and the chair!

Well done!

And you can never go wrong with Black!  Ashley from Vintage Refined created this beautiful statement piece with Black and Gold.

This piece turned out so classy paired with gold hardware and styled with those pretty gold lamps.  Well done Ashley!

And in the spirit of Christmas, Cynthia from Clockwork Interiors shared this beautiful idea for making Angle Feather Ornaments.

I think it makes it even more special as it comes with this quote…

I’m an Angel Feather,

Sent from God Above,

To Serve as a Reminder,

Of His Most Gracious Love.

It’s from your Guardian Angel,

that God himself assigned to you,

And fell out in his struggles,

as he protected you.

Each time you almost stumble,

Each time you nearly fall,

Remember to,

Thank God and his Angels

for answering your call!

Richest Blessings to you all!

Please try to remember those who may not be having the Merriest of Christmases

and extend some kindness to those who may need a little extra this season.

  3. Thank you, Terry, for featuring my Angel feather ornament. It made my night. But more importantly, thanks for the reminder that not everyone will be having the merriest of Christmas, and if we can make someone’s day brighter, we should definitely try.
