One House…Five Levels | Level Two…

4

October 15, 2014 by Terry

Welcome to the second level of our 5 level split!  If you missed the first level you can view it here.

Once you enter our home you can walk straight through to the Family room or you can hang a left and go up 4 steps to our second level.  The second level houses our living room, dining area and kitchen.  It is an open concept area.

Here is the living room.  It is a good sized area with vaulted ceilings.  (sorry about the frog tape on the ceiling…we’re painting it white.)  This angle is looking towards the front door level.  I like the open feeling of it.

I just love the size of the window in the dining area, there is no shortage of natural light in this house what so ever!DSCN3149 DSCN3169 DSCN3145On to the kitchen… this kitchen has a nice sized island that houses the sink and the dishwasher as well as some storage shelves for cook books… of course we all know I’m not the best baker so these are just for decorations when it comes to me :0)!  Cook books wha??? lol!  There is also seating for four at the island…five if you really need it.

The door leads out to a nice sized deck, surrounded by mature trees and backing onto a park.

DSCN3117DSCN3110 DSCN3117DSCN3113Because the kitchen is open to the living area you can still visit with guests while preparing food.  The kitchen also looks down into the first floor family room…you can see the railing of the kitchen in the mirror in the next photo of that family room…

DSCN3133Soooo..that was level two!  Of course you know that I have moved furniture around since these pics were taken as nothing stays put after a cleaning spree!!

Smiles!
